Although most people enjoy recreation, not everyone understands how to provide and manage recreational services.  That’s where CRAFT comes in.

Everything from building afterschool programs and running summer camps to managing waterfronts and tennis clubs fits under the CRAFT umbrella.  Sometimes municipalities can use the additional support if their recreation department is struggling.  Other times a private entity within a town or city may need guidance with their facilities and how to best utilize their resources.
